No vaccine licensed in the United States contains or contained squalene. But it was in H1N1 vaccines used in many other countries. If you see MF59 listed in the ingredients of a vaccine, that means it contains squalene. In vaccines it is used as an adjuvant to stimulate the immune response.

Many doses of the experimental anthrax vaccine used in the Gulf War contained squalene. http://www.amazon.com/Vaccine-Government-Experiment-Killing-Soldiers/dp/046504400X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1273601507&sr=8-1

Squalene occurs naturally in the body, and it is safe when eaten. But just like any oil, it is dangerous when injected and causes autoimmune reactions.
