Morning Erection and Semen!?

Hi,
I’ve never really paid close attention to this, but I’ll ask anyway. I woke up this morning with my usual morning boner, only I realized that before I went to urinate a drip of semen came out before anything. Is this normal? Or could it possibly be some sort of infection? Last time I had sex was approximately twelve days ago and I feel normal. I don’t have any signs of burning or smelly urine or anything like that.
