Does any body know any good ways of helps migraine’s? i suffer alot from them and am on tablets already?
i have cut out caffeine and eat properly dnt drink alcohol and im under a neurologist in the hospital and i am on tablets from, i still get bad migraines quiet frequently and the pain gets me down. any1 know of anything that maybe help control them?
i have ME and have to have tablets for my headaches, i take topiramate, every few days before i go to bed and that does the trick, very painful without it, bliss with it
