How how can i lose 10 kilos in 2 months without dieting or taking tablets..?

I was just wondering if anyone knew how i could lose 10 kilos in 2 months ready for christmas and summer without dieting or taking tablets.. i have always had a weight problem nd i just want to feel good about my self this summer.. ahhm i have a tredmill nd do 15-20 mins everymorning nd night but it just doesnt seem to work.. please help

Try skipping, swimming, dancing or boxing something that will get your heart going a bit. Use the stairs not the lift or escalator, park the car further away from your destination and walk. Hop off public transport where practical one stop earlier and walk. You should also consider what you are eating and drinking as this affects your health as well as your weight. You need to cut down on the sugary, salty and fatty foods. Drink water instead of coffee, tea and sugary drinks most of the time. Note I am not saying avoid them all told but just moderate the amount you eat. Learn about low GI foods as they make you feel full for longer and will help you eat appropriately. Remember muscle weighs more than fat while taking up less space so the change will be more in shape than weight at first as muscle is developing.
