How is my MMA Fighters supplement stack?
Please critique and suggest. I will not take anything to mess with my hormones. pro hormones are out, and so are testosterone booster.
-I take Kre-Alkalyn for my creatine
-i take a huge multi vitamin
-Fish oils
-Then i take NO shotgun ( only on strength training days, not running and endurance days)
- Then on strength days I sip on VPX Power shock ( a BCAA’s Nitrate drink
- Then i finish every work out day with a Syntha-6 shake
Looks like a good stack. The most important supplement and nutrient of all is protein so make sure to get 1.5 grams x your body weight in lbs. per day. I recommend a protein shake to make sure you get it all in from what you don’t get with your food. The brand I recommend is Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey, it’s loaded with BCAA’s also and it works big time.
I read good things about Kre-Alkaline, you might try some CEE or Creatine Ethyl Ester as well, that is supposed to work without side-effects also.
Take your multi-vitamin twice a day daily.
Cissus is a miracle product for the joints, try that in addition to fish oil/flaxseed oil. Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM is excellent also but wears off in time.
